Great filter to install in your RV before your water pump on the suction side.
I cannot believe RV builders are too cheap to add these before your water pump. Great item, easy install and did its job.

Good filter but watch the o-rings
This is my second purchase of this filter, the first one I purchased years ago and didn't have any trouble with it, this new one leaked on the male FloJet connection (my end), and it would insert into my FloJet pump (male filter end). After I exchanged it for a new one and had the same issue, I noticed the O-rings on the parts they provided were a bit bigger. I swapped out my male FloJet connection with the larger O-ring and it sealed up like it was supposed to. I then swapped out the O-ring on the male connection of the filter itself with an original FloJet O-ring and then it inserted into my FloJet pump just fine. I find it odd that this is manufactured a bit out of spec, but it appears to be working as expected. I will update my review if I start to have issues with the O-ring swap, but hopefully this helps someone else. In the picture, the FloJet O-ring is on the left (thinner) and the O-rings that came with the filter is on the right.

Fast install
Exactly as advertised quick connect without modifications

Don't fit most pumps.
You must have to buy the matching pump for these because they don't fit any of my quick release style pumps. The fittings are too small and allow air into the system so I can get any pressure.

Required for pump warranty
Connects directly to the pump and is required for a warranty. Plus it’s a great option for an rv pump system.
