It tastes good; the spicy ones are really spicy, ,so be careful. But I find it a bit expensive for the quantity.

Good snack for someone who does not like sweet. I kept it at my work drawer. Even though the bottle seals well, if unused, it does get a bit soggy after a week. Best if used up right away.

This snack is really addictive and tasty. They were crunchy and fresh right out the bottle. I just ordered one bottle to test them out and they were all that I expected. I really enjoyed it. Thank you! I will keep ordering!

Ordered on a whim as i just finished the one jar that i had brought home from India as part of my travel memories. When i finished it, was curious to see if i could buy this locally and or online. Found this on Amazon, albeit at a very high price, but since i really wanted to try it, placed the order. Received it today. Shipped in a carefully packed box and on checking the expiry (bought in july 24 expiration states Feb 25) noted it was a good window, opened one of the boxes snd sure rnough, these are really tasty air pockets of goodness! 💖💖💖 If you don't mind the price, I highly recommend this!!

Very tasty and healthy snack. It is of good quality and good amount of protein and low on carbs. They were fresh and had nice crunch. Bit pricy.

I don't even know if "spicy" is the right word because there's a quite a bit of heat, it really adds to how tasty they are. I bought these as a snack (because I cannot have gluten without it making me very sick) and I like spicy things! I offered the rest to the household as they were delicious but too hot for me. They really enjoyed them and also agreed... they were indeed quite hot. If you are can't handle when things get too hot I'd avoid these. But if your palet is more refined and trained and maybe you enjoy the higher levels of the scoville scale, you will not be disappointed. They're light , they're crunchy, they are perfectly bite sized. They are like cheesepuffs if they sprouted out of the ground. Even though I struggled with the heat they are GOOD...so I kept eating them until they were finished off by the rest of the household. They didn't last long. I've never had them before so my frame of reference is basically non-existent but I'd genuinely recommend them. short version: eat the puffed lotus seeds they will change your life
