Great product!

This is an amazing supplement and should be taken by women with PCOS. For me it worked like a charm. It improved my anxiety, sleep, cycle/ovulation and I got pregnant within about a month or a little more of taking it consistently in addition to a high quality prenatal and high quality omega. Note: don't expect supplements to work unless you stop eating sugar, processed food and generally I rice your diet, exercise and sleep.

I wake up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom and then can't get back to sleep. I've spent so much money on sleep aids that help me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. I have been desperate for a good nights sleep! I take this at bedtime. Then I read to relax, and I find this makes me very tired within 30 minutes. The most amazing part, is when I wake up to use the bathroom, I fall back to sleep very easily. This product worked for me from the first night. It has changed my life and no morning drowsiness.

I have hormonal mood swings and what I call Mom Rage when I’m overwhelmed. At the suggestion of my midwife I started this supplement. I didn’t think it was working 2 weeks in and so I quite taking it. BAD IDEA. Within a day I noticed the rage creeping back in, and by the 2nd day it was full blown again. I take these every day. Some days I only need one. Some days I need 4. But man it makes SUCH a tremendous difference in my ability to handle overwhelm, overstimulation and just stressful situations daily. I highly recommend it if you have any of the same symptoms.

My doctor suggested I take this to help with sleep, and it works! I've recommended iot to others for the same issue and it has helped them as well. I started off with 2/night , am up to 5 . As long as they work, I'll take them.

I cannot tell if this helps me sleep or makes it worse. After 30 minutes of taking it, I have massive indigestion problems such as acid reflux and burping. After tossing and turning and many Tums later, I eventually fall asleep. The following day, I feel like I got hit by a truck and am drowsy all day. I won’t take this anymore. My appetite is also gone.

My most recent shipment of the Inositol smelled and tasted funny. I’m scared to take it, never had this happen before.

Seems like the real deal.
