I found this book to be extremely helpful. I broke down the basics involved in forming an LLC, and options to consider how to structure it. There is some great guidance about some of the tax and compliance requirements, which reading through doesn’t seem so scary. I also enjoyed the additional advice about general business management, from budgeting to banking. The resources at the end of the book were also uber useful. I really enjoyed this book and I would definitely recommend for anyone interested in starting a business and forming an LLC.

This well-written book covers all you need to know about forming an LLC in the US. For existing company owners looking to incorporate in the States, or aspiring entrepreneurs, it is a valuable guide. Some of the information is useful for businesses based in other countries, but as the title suggests, it will be of most use for those considering forming an LLC. A recommended read for those and others considering where to incorporate their companies. 5/5 stars from me.

I recently set up an LLC and I wish that I had read this book before doing so. There is so much useful information in here. It takes you from an absolute beginner to knowing everything that you need to run your own business.

This book is an eye opener must read for all entrepreneurs and those aspiring to start business from scratch. the author has really set the book starting from setting up the business, where to set it up, the legals, running your business so you can succeed, mitigating taxes legally, and much more. The book is well researched, written and presented. This book is the best guide to setting up and running a business i have ever read-well recommended read.
