Kosiy ESD Grounding Cable with Alligator Clip 8' Long with Banana Jack Outlet Plug Adapter Ground Garments and Mats with Alligator Clip

I bought this for the plug and the plug works well. I took the ground plug, used the banana plug on the other end of the cable and attached it to one of those little straps that are supposed to connect to a clip-on from another set. Together, this is a great setup. Grounding via a power outlet while strapping to my ankle while working. Too bad they don't sell that together.

Works well with my anti-static matt to create a safe space for working on computer components.

Purchased this as I had some work to do on my laptop. I have an anti-static wristband, but decided to try this as I needed a longer cord to reach the table I'm using. I clipped the end of the anti-static wristband onto the metal end of the grounding cable and it worked just fine. I also can use it as a grounding cord similar to what you find on "Earthing" type products, but instead of a pricey mat or other product I just have it on my wrist or ankle (my ankle is small, but I'm sure there are larger wristbands available that can be used for ankle grounding or you could rig your own). I like it and since I can use it for "earthing" as well as anti-static electronic uses the price was reasonable for me.

I previously was jig-rigging my grounding sheets into the electrical ground ... this little kit is all you need to run from your sheet/mat directly to the outlet. The fitting is tight and perfect, the alligator clips fit snugly. Simple and done. Wish it wasn't over $10 tho... i mean it's just a piece of plastic, a couple clips and a short run of wire. Come on now.

My title pretty much says it all. It works perfectly and is made of good quality. Also, the cord is long enough. It’s not too long and not too short.
