It shipped quickly, it was easy to use at home, and I got my results within a week of shipping out my samples. I realize it could've taken up to two weeks to get results (which I would have been fine with), but they came much faster than expected. The results were easy to interpret and understand...even better, a few days after my results came in, they offered me an opportunity to join a free live webinar focused on Thyroid testing (it's in a week from now). They'll go into more depth about how to read/interpret the results, and we'll even have the opportunity to ask questions about our results if desired.
