Happy to see Neewer make this backplate for Moment T-Series anamorphic lenses. I have the first generation Neewer iPhone 15 Pro case and it works fine. Twist and lock lens in place. Then loosen the Allen screw on the Moment lens, align the lens vertically, then tighten. In the future, the lens should mount perfectly. No alignment issues or vignetting with this plate. This a great option if you don't want or need the Moment cases.

I am thrilled with this 37mm Threaded Lens Backplate for iPhone 15 Pro Cage (PA023). I have been a fan of Neewer after since the first products I purchased here on Amazon. The quality, durability and finish of their products adds value to my iPhone 15 Pro that I am using for photography and video production. This backplate is a must for many situations I will be shooting in, like beaches and in the snow where I need a variable ND filter. I ordered a Neewer variable ND filter to go with this backplate, which will really improve the quality of everything I am shooting. The Neewer descriptions also mentioned being able to use a 0.75X Wide Angle Lens, 1.33X Anamorphic Lens MK2, 1.55X Anamorphic Lens MK2, 1.7X Telephoto Lens, DOF Adapter MK2, CPL, and black diffusion filters. So many options for taking the amazing iPhone camera to the next level. I think this backplane is essential to any kit when you have the Neewer Pro Cage.

I’ve been very pleased with my Neewer iPhone cage and its versatility, and the new T-Series Lens backplate makes it even more so. The Neewer cage for iPhone Pro and Pro Max, comes supplied with 67mm screw-in and 18mm screw-in filter backplates, with this one, the Moment T-Series bayonet backplate, being an optional accessory.Besides that, between the cages two included backplates and this optional one, almost any mobile phone lens from most manufacturers can be attached to the PA024 and PA023 cages. Moreover, adding and removing the backplates is a cinch thanks to the push-in system Neewer uses for attaching and detaching them. Two spring loaded ball bearings mounted in the cage, one on either side of the plate, fall into detents on the plates when they are slid into position. When removing the backplates, just push down and slide them out. Switching between plates, and consequently filters and lenses, is quick and simple; no tools are necessary.If you have either of the Neewer cages for the iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max and plan to use Moment T-Series lenses, this is the accessory to have. It’s also a much cleaner attachment and holds the lens more precisely in place than a clip. Be sure to check compatibility before buying; this backplate is for the PA023 and PA024 cages only. If you don’t already have the Neewer Cage for your iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max, check them out; they’re a pretty good deal considering they include two backplates that other manufacturers sell as options.

I had gotten this Lens Backplate in advance thinking I could use it for the eventual actual phone cage for iPhone 15 Pro Max. And get the phone cage, I did.And while the size difference when compared side by side made me concerned a little, I didn't realize that was the least of my problems. I mean, the notch to slide the plate in is at the same location and same size, so what could stop me from using it?... turns out, the back side of these plates are a bit more different and clearly obstructing this PA034 plate from going into the *2nd Gen* PA044 iPhone 15 Pro Max cage. In a way that, no, without some serious grinding and adjusting, this plate isn't going in.That is on me, for assuming that the same "T Series plate" would presumably fit into the "T series" cages. That aside, the cut-outs for lenses are exactly the same as the other, so I can only guess that the lens adapters would fit just fine.

This makes it so easy to use my phone as my primary camera when I travel. Having the ability to use quality lenses expand my photographic choices means I can leave my DSLR at home.

Just snapped on the Neewer T Series Lens Backplate to my iPhone, and I'm already impressed with the build and the concept. The compatibility with Moment lenses is a huge plus for me, opening up a whole new world of photography. It's sturdy, the quick release is incredibly convenient, and I love that I don't need any tools to attach it. But, be aware, this thing is specific to certain phone models and cages, so double-check compatibility before you buy. Also, it's a bit pricey, but with the 20% coupon, it feels like a deal. It's not just for the lenses—it also adds a layer of protection to the phone's camera, which is a nice touch. Overall, a solid buy for the mobile photographer looking to step up their game!

Great additional accessory to Neewer's already phenomenal iphone 15 cage that allows you to use additional specialty lenses. Definitely not for everyone, but if you know the ecosystem you're buying in to this is a great way to expand your pocket filming kit with some new diverse filming opportunities.
