Haier HFR5719EWMP Non-Plumbed Total No Frost American Fridge Freezer - Platinum Inox - E Rated [Energy Class E]

This was our first experience buying a Haier, and it didn't disappoint, Fridge Freezer is of excellent quality and build and is also very quiet running, great space for both the fridge and the freezer, excellent led lighting. Overall, loved the product.

Brilliant machine, only just fits through door.

Bought this because I knew it would fit ok in our kitchen. The freezer is quite spacious but I would have liked a bit more room. The fridge is very spacious. Looks very nice too

Really impressed with this purchase, freezer drawers are bl**dy brilliant. Lots to like, very good value, and very quiet.

Would give this minus not even a zero if I could, please dont not trust this brand have a look a reviews on Google do not make the same mistake as I did I purchased this for my parents and within 11 months the compressor failed ruining my elderly parents entire food shop over £200. Really poor quality, dont expect that from such an essential item. Furthermore customer support with Haier or D&G is not great, more interested in selling further extended warranty despite still being only 11 months old and clearly a manufacturer fault. Took 2 days for engineer to arrive to immediately say why is the fridge off and we explained we were told my support to turn it off as it was a fire hazard and the temperature kept rising. He then turns it on and instantly says its the compressor, obviously very normal faulty he comes across with this brand, lol to top it off they then said could be up to 30 days to replace the part 🤣. Luckily contact amazon purchased a reputable brand today (Samsung) please dont trust this brand Haier Horrendous!

This was the only fridge freezer at the style and size to fit in the space allocated.The price made it very good value for money.This item looks to be very good quality,and works very well indeed. You can reprogrammed to alter the temperature very easily and the extra inbuilt extras are excellent.Both my wife and myself are really pleased with it and would happily recommend this fridge freezer to anyone looking to buy one of this particular size.Thank you Haier. The measurements don’t include the fact that the doors don’t open flush to the side of the fridge like most fridges do. So you need to add at least a good inch and a half to each side to allow the doors to open. Beautiful fridge just a shame had to return due to not fitting in the space due to the lack of additional dimensions!

No issues with this fine-looking fridge freezer, except that the bottom drawer divider was missing. Contacted AO about it and they said they would get one and send it out. After 2 weeks, I called their customer service enquiring again about the missing part. I was told the divider had no catalogue part number and therefore could not be ordered, so my fridge freezer continues without its drawer divider!!
