Once you fit these Job done !!!!

Theses work really well , crimp and heat shrink and job done i have used other makes and found them poor quality the crimp cracks and you heat shrink terrible

More convenient and quicker than soldering, but nothing like as neat

Convenient and quick but make for quite a bulky joint. Great if your soldering is a bit rusty (sorry for the pun!) like mine, or you’re in a hurry.

Nice waterproof cable connection

I have used these to reconnect some cables in a car which had suffered some cable damage due to mice completely severing some cables. Once stripped back they were crimped with a standard crimping tool before being shrunk with a small gas powered heat gun. Creates an excellent connection and you can see that the adhesive seals around the joint preventing any moisture ingress allowing corrosion as you may experience on a standard crimp. Excellent crimp and easy to apply giving peace of mind on hidden cables in the automotive industry.
