After 30 seconds shaking it like a demon in the blender bottle, there is still clumps of powder and it's gritty. I got the Strawberry cheesecake flavor, and it seems as if the chemists who created this have never tasted a strawberry or a cheesecake before in their lives. Very disappointed. I usually make my own blends using the Rule 1 brand and the tastes are dead on and mix well with the vanilla casein they have.
