Review: Better than reviews describe - Today was my first day quitting vaping. I bought patches and gum in the morning and was going to receive this later in the day. Just less than an hour ago I was thinking I’d just have one more hit, that it would still be progress, blah blah. But this was delivered right after I started having that craving. So I used it immediately and felt instant relief. It definitely helped me through the hardest part of this day. I don’t know what is with the negative reviews, if people are only using this to quit then obviously you’re going to have intense cravings and give in still more than likely. But I think it’s a good substitute for the oral fixation habit and still gives you some relief just with breathing techniques. And I think the pull mimics a vape pretty well, it depends on what kinds of vapes you used but this definitely has more resistance than say a straw. It’s not super resistant but it’s pretty accurate to me. It’s inexpensive and worth a shot if you’re considering. And cool that you can keep it on a necklace to have it on at all times.
Review: AMAZING - If you use it correctly, it works really well and helps you calm down. Definitely recommend if you have anxiety or air hunger.

If you use it correctly, it works really well and helps you calm down. Definitely recommend if you have anxiety or air hunger.

### ⭐ Do not recommend.
*by S***S on December 4, 2025*

Do not recommend. I bought a two pack, one for myself and one for my husband. I threw them both in the trash! It did not help me quit smoking but it did give me horrific GI problems that caused me a lot of money. I did quit smoking thanks to a free app called flamy. I suggest trying that instead of purchasing this. If you do purchase this be careful how you use it, read the directions beforehand.
