All of the Samyang products I've tried have been great, and this is no exception. It's easy to make, and has a great tart flavor I expect from a tom yum. It has a very bright flavor and makes for a quick and interesting meal. It's fairly spicy, but not oppressive. I recommend adding an egg and some kimchi, and maybe some nuts to boost the protein. Mushrooms, etc. would take it to the next level.

I gotta say, I have been having such trouble trying to find the Stew Type Buldak Noodles, they were my favorite ones by far. The Tom Yum flavor though has been a pretty close dupe, I add thinly sliced beef, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, fish cakes, a small amount of the original buldak sauce and a slice of cheese on top of mine and the flavor seems to be spot on to me. So to anyone looking for the Stew Type, and isn't able to find them like myself, I definitely recommend these ones. They aren't QUITE the same, but pretty close. The flavor is a 10/10 for me.

If you are familiar with the flavors of tom yum, then you will enjoy this ramen! I used to frequently buy a noodle tom yum soup at my favorite Thai restaurant, but when I moved to a new city, I desperately missed the flavor profile of that tom yum soup. Over the years, I couldn't find any local Thai restaurants that made it as a noodle soup. Then I found this flavor of Buldak ramen! I am obsessed! I definitely recommend making it in the soup style as the package instructions state, as it is very strong flavor, and I feel it needs the broth due to that. The sauce packet is quite spicy, much like other Buldak flavors are, so I personally only add a touch of it when I make mine. If you can stomach the spiciness of the other Buldak ramens, then you would be fine to add the whole packet! I also personally recommend adding 1/2 water and 1/2 milk when making this ramen, as I love the creaminess and flavor it provides. (I add water and boil the noodles first, then add the milk once they are cooked through, otherwise the milk can cause your pot to boil over) I'm sure coconut milk would be delicious as well! If you are curious about this flavor, I would definitely give it a try! It is my favorite!

These have that perfect sour hit to them I like adding a little cilantro and an egg on top really really good and a very large portion!

This was not my favorite flavor. I bought these hoping for a good "Tom Yum" flavor, but whatever the flavor was, it wasn't that. Still good "Buldak" spice, just don't recommend the flavor powder packet.

This is by far my favorite Samyang noodle and I live in the middle of nowhere and have zero access to stuff like this. It’s so good!!!
