I was surprised how good quality this was for a product from Amazon. I have the Venus Moonswatch and like all moonswatch standard straps, I don’t like the Velcro. The pink leather matches really well and fits well. It makes the watch look more expensive than it is. The leather is softer than I thought it would be but as with most leather straps, eventually they’ll soften more over time. I would need another hole punched ideally, however I have skinny wrists.

Good fit for moon watches

Unfortunately the product is completely unusable. As you tighten the strap to your wrist the clasp comes off. It’s a very strange design choice to use these pins for the clasp (normally this can be just one piece, no need for the pins and the thing to detach). It is very weak and the slightest tightening action takes the clasp off the pins and strap making it unusable. If you have an expensive watch, you’ll always be worried the thing will fall off. Otherwise, the leather of the strap does seem to be good quality and it comes with a tool and couple spare pins. I think it’s just a really poor design choice that makes the whole thing unfunctional. A real shame.
