My mother-in-law takes AREDS2 supplements and swears by them, your eyesight is worth the high price tag, so I picked these up as a cheaper alternative but with the same ingredients and benefits. They're small, coated and easy to swallow, no taste or odor and since this is a 90-day supply, that makes them priced substantially cheaper than the name brand stuff.
