Very tasty! We love this cereal.

This is a cereal I would not recommend to anyone. It lacks protein, can have more fiber, and lacks flavor. This is marketed as a healthy cereal but the calories to protein and fiber ratio is far off, this will not help you keep weight off if you are considering. The box you pay 8$ for is also frankly small, if you are a daily cereal eater you can make it maybe 3-5 days out of it. However, all the negatives I have said some pros can be for gut health coming from natural ingredients can help people with sensitive stomachs. The crunchiness of the cereal is very crunchy but again it lacks depth of flavor. The bits of chocolate and granola helps it. Its extremely crunchy nature I would recommend eating with yogurt or greek for more protein. Although, I’ve only tried this with Fairlife milk, to me isn’t something I enjoy but other might, everyone has different tastes buds.

I’ve purchased this brand multiple times in addition to other flavors and I’ve yet to be disappointed. This cereal is one of my favorites and though I’ve tried other brands, I keep coming back to purely elizabeth. I’m biased on this particular flavor because I absolutely love chocolate but the others, like the honey or raisin ones, are just as good!
