Versatile for creating a cable-based resistance training system in a small space.
Excellent pulley system. Used strap to attach one pulley to a wall mounted pull up bar. Used a carabiner to attached the second pulley to a D-ring anchored about 6 inches above floor. Using a cable attached to a loading pin to hold the weight plates, created a simple but effective cable-based workout system. Using one cable thru upper pulley, can do lat pull downs, rows, etc. for movements high to low. To create a "pull-up" system (i.e., movement from low to high) for bicep curls, rows, leg extensions, etc., use a longer cable. For example, free weights stacked onto a loading pin, then a cable up to the top pulley, then bring the cable back down to lower pulley, and finally a handle attached to the end of the cable. Pulleys are well made, no noise at all. Very smooth action. Pulley groove is deep to keep the cable on the pulley. Really like these and even got another set along with cables and loading pin so that I didn't have to change the weight on the loading pins so often.

Larger than I expected. Feels very heavy-duty. Low bearing friction. Sturdy bracket and eyelet. Swivels. Using it in a PT setup. This will continue to serve a myriad of purposes after my shoulder heals! Highly recommended.

Misleading but Good
Not sure if this will help anyone but I like this product. Misleading with Alumnium Alloy, it’s 304 Stainless Steel. It makes sense though bcuz it can carry at least 500 lbs (I tested) but couldn’t test its labeled max of 650 lbs. Bcuz it’s stainless steel, it’s heavier, more rust resistant, stronger, etc. It’s also packaged nice and is smooth, but it is pricey for one.
