This product works for me as I take just one at bedtime --my biggest complaint is the cost--and I can't subscribe as one capsule works well for me and I just don't need two--So to subscribe for a lower price would be shipping me too many after a couple of months. If you take the recommended two capsules --it's the same cost per year as car insurance--that's crazy.

Great packaging, just started taking it, good information in the pack, like that you can buy refills when I get there. Similar to another Symbiotic I take but will come back after I have taken it a while.

Okay.I really wanted to love this product.I’ve heard amazing things about it from my friends as well as online community.However this product isn’t for me.I’ve never had problems with my stomach the way I did when I was taking this.They do warn you that first few days might be uncomfortable but for me it’s been three weeks of pure discomfort and pain. Bloating. Not able to go to the restroom as well.I gave it a fair chance for 3 weeks however I stopped using it since it’s making me feel sickerUnfortunately I just think it’s not for me.

Seed is the BEST probiotic! You can tell a difference, I do not choose to live without taking my 2 per day. This is one of the products you see online that actually and really works!

I like the engineering of these having a double layer of capsules in one so gets through the small intestine and one gets through the large intestine. I take it in the wee hours of the morning.You're supposed to taken on a empty stomach.

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

I love my Seed! I have it on autofill/subscription so i'm not missing a day! Takes care of bloating etc.

To be completely honest, I or we have not noticed any dramatic effects in our daily routine taking twice a day one in morning, one in evening. But we are going to continue one more month with the refill on its way and see what occurs from there on.
