Very effective help
Nice for a quick recovery. Working in roofing, I get cramps from my thumb to my deltoid on my right, swinging arm whenever the weather gets hot outside.

Works great for light dehydration
I live in a tropical climate on an island. I am an indoor creature so the hot outside gets to me fairly quick. These pills are easy to carry and makes me feel better if I feel a light headache or sluggishness coming on from sweating a lot.

Helps me stay hydrated
I have a heart condition which can be aggrivated by dehydration. When golfing or excercising, I drink plenty of water with electrolyte powder so it's not an issue. There are times, however when I don't have my bottles of water so these little packets are great for travel, long flights etc. when you don't want to carry bags of electrolyte powder or pay crazy prices for electrolyte drinks.
