You get what you pay for. Decent product
Good product overall. You get your monies worth. If you are looking for a budget cycle, go for this. My local cycle shop owner was impressed with the cycle and I heard him telling other kids that the cost of the cycle is 12000 rs for fun and asked them if they want to buy it. When I told him, it cost me 4000 rs, he was impressed and asked me about where I bought it. He said he will buy it for his grand son. It felt good. Only thing is, the build quality is average and nuts and bolts have to be fitted tightly or it can loosen up easily. Now it's working fine. Buy this if your budget is 4000 rs. Go for hercules if you can pay 5500 to 6000 rs

Who is the responsibility for this product???
Don't buy this trash and don't waste your hard earned money. The chase of this URBAN TERRAIN cycle was totally defective. Both the wheels are not aligned in straight line. Also not able to return and refund. I ordered 8th August and I received 10th August itself. I installed the product on 9th August after installation I found the defect very first ride. When I try to make a call for return, the amazon support was so pathetic and they blame me for the defective product also they ask me to explain how the defect was happened. So irritating. Also they ask me to call cultx (the seller of this product) to make return or refund. Who is to take the responsibility for this product???

The cycle is good, ride quality is good but the brakes are not responsive,You have to use your feet to stop the bicycle.

It's bad cycle brand in the history.when i buy the cycle it was a good condition then the bearing hes bended.then i went to cycle shop they told like this where you buy the cycle then i told Amazon then he sead like this you dont use the cycle then few months the cycle middle part is broken what i doo?
