This is the right amount of the product for me and my stomach. It works well and helps with my nails, hair and skin.

I use this supplement as part of my quest to grow butt-length hair :) just kidding, but I am trying to grow my hair longer and Ive heard from my stylist and from reading online that supplementing biotin, along with a multivitamin, will show results. Thus far I have noticed some growth, more than normal. Ive been on it for about 3 months now. I guess before and after pictures would have make the most sense :) I haven't tried any other brand, but I researched several of the top natural and organic brands for whom to buy from and at this dose, solgar was reasonably priced, so I went with them. The pills are tiny, so they are easy to swallow, as well as gel caps. There really isnt' anythign I don't like thus far. I don't feel a difference physically taking them,...or anything like that in a negative way. The packaging and product comes great. No complaints.

I have bought these vitamins a number of times. Love them. They make your nails grow really strong. Pill size is tiny, which makes them very easy to swallow.

We try to use Solgar supplement products almost exclusively, firstly because they are in glass bottles, and secondly because the quality is always high and the products are as effective as expected. We added Biotin to our supplement regimen recently to support hair, skin, and nails...at over 70 years of age, we feel they need help.

I'm at that age (young and healthy 50) where everything started changing!! One of the worst issues I was dealing with, was losing huge handfuls of hair every day! It took a few months, but my hair stopped falling out by the handful and now I am seeing new hair regrowth!! Yippee!!

love the fact that the tablet is very tiny that its easy to swallow. so far it helps with my nails and skin. can't say much for my hairs. but over all very happy with the purchase.
