I've used trackballs for years, so long that now if I try to use a "regular" mouse, it's awkward. I've even bought my own trackballs to use at work so that I could use the same device at home and work. Up until now, all of my TBs have been battery operated, which was sometimes a hassle at work since our office never seems to have any spare batteries, so I love that this eliminates that hassle.When Prime Days were getting near, I started looking up trackballs since my older one at home was starting to get a little flaky, so I wanted to be prepared with a backup. Was I surprised when I stumbled on this brand, and it came in my very favorite color! It was on sale; I sat on it, and it went off sale. A few days later it was back on Prime Day sale, so I jumped on it, telling myself I could always return it. Nah, that ain't gonna happen!I tried it at first on my home laptop and it connected very easily via Bluetooth. The next day I took it to work to try. It connected flawlessly with the dongle (our IT dept disabled BT on all of our desktops for security). It works great in both environments. It is so similar to my "L" brand one that I could there was barely a learning curve, at least once I figured out the buttons for device selection. It did take me a little while to try to match up the DPI setting so that the TB felt the same as my old, familiar one. (I do agree that it would be nice if the DPI button was placed somewhere it would be a little safer from accidental bumps, because all of a sudden I'd notice the speed changing).I love the color, which makes my otherwise boring desk more colorful. My office mates all approve of the appearance. I already decided on day one I was keeping it, so I quickly broke out my paint stick to put my name on the underside, so that it couldn't accidentally disappear. (I trust my coworkers, but the office is too easily accessible to everyone else).I had occasion to contact their customer service department and was very impressed. I asked if I could get a pdf of the user manual to keep on the cloud because I always end up losing the paper ones. I wrote it in the evening, and the next morning the pdf was in my inbox. I wrote a thank you note for the quick service and got another prompt response saying "that's what we should do". I'm impressed!One request to the manufacturer - please consider making more colors. I never know what to buy my brother for Christmas, but he loves bright green, so I'd hop on a green one if you'd consider making those.All in all, very happy after two days use. If anything changes, I'll update.

I got two of these a few months ago and I have only a few words.I have rather large hands so comfort and size is important to me, and its a great size. It's really helped with not irritating my carpal tunnel syndrome as well. It's the perfect color but felt a little cheap and flimsy at first.Overall, I LOVE the light weight, no mouse clicking noise and silent ball with great tracking for video games.

I would give 5 star. But, I think I just got a defective mouse. I have 2 desktop that I use this mouse on all within the same vicinity. Location of the PC to the mouse is less than 3 ft.(PC 1) has the USB plug. Works wonderful and it's quick to wake up. NO issues.(PC 2) connected via bluetooth.Issue 1: When I switch to PC2 from PC1 it takes foooorever to connect. I have to turn the mouse off for approx 5 secs and reconnect.Issue 2: Mouse laggs for about 2-5 mins of use, then it catches up.TDLR; Moral of the story is to connect via USB for optimal usage. :)

My computer touchpad started skipping, freezing and working erratically, so I decided to purchase a new mouse. As I have minimal space on my desk and had used a roller ball mouse at work, I decided this item would be a good replacement. I was not disappointed! Love the purple color and it feels comfortable when using. It was easy to set up and connect with my laptop. The speed of the curse can be adjusted for personal preferences. When I am not using it, I switch it off to save the charge. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend to others.

This mouse feels very comfortable in hand but after about a month of using, the cursor seems to "stick". The roller ball doesn't glide easily no matter how many times I clean it and the sensors. Also, and I read this in other reviews, but the DPI button is placed directly under your middle finger knuckle so if your finger drops, you can easily click it unintentionally. It's a pity because otherwise it's a nice mouse. It holds a charge really well (I've used it 5 days a week/8 hours a day since receiving and haven't had to charge since the initial charge), it's quiet, and the pink color is cute (although would be cuter with a different color for the roller ball). Overall, I'd say if you're not doing any serious work and just want a comfortable mouse at a lower price point, this is a good choice. But for a FT job... look elsewhere.

I have roller ball mouses at work and needed one for home. I really like the one I have, and wanted an identical mouse for home. Welp, here it is! Great color, comes out ready to pair, and no issues after a few months of having it. Does the job perfectly!

I’ve had a “L” brand name track ball mouse for about 15 years, give or take. Every time one would die, I would buy the exact same one to replace it. I think over all those years, I only had to buy 3. Well, my last one finally died about two weeks ago and I got this one to replace it. I haven’t been using it for that long, but I really like it.I use this mouse on a desktop PC via Bluetooth. The tower sits underneath my desk and my mouse is about 4-5 feet away from the tower and it has no problem staying connected and moving smoothly - the cursor never gets “stuck.” I use it for regular web-surfing and editing photos + videos… not gaming so I cannot comment on that. The clicks are soft and quiet, which is incredibly pleasing to me.Easy to set up right out of the box.I’ll update this review if my opinion changes.
