I would recommend. The size is perfect for a cockatiel. I use it for his water and it is shallow enough. I like that it is stainless steel so it stays pretty clean. It is very stable since you have to screw it on to the cage. I move my birds cage around and it doesn’t budge.

They are a great size, very sturdy, and strong enough to not require a perch. My bird can rest on them as long as she’d like because they are very stable, and they don’t hurt her feet. They clean very easily, and can be removed and put back with ease. These were an amazing choice to keep my baby from getting plastic poisoning, and definitely worth the money.

I love the shallower profile of these dishes - just what I wanted. The stainless steel is recommended for birds and these are easy to remove and install as needed for cleaning and filling, etc. Very nice, durable dishes that will last a long time.

These work phenomenally and are perfect for food and water for my cat. I just wish they came with extra bowls to be able to swap out after feeding so I would have a fresh bowl to put in the holders when the bowls need to be washed

These are being used for a cat in a very sturdy tri level cage...The medium is actually too big to use. I put the small in her cage for water. In the morning I found the bowl was knocked out of the holder, water on cage bottom. Trying again, I like the bowl but if she keeps spilling water I may have to return them.

There is exactly what I needed , shallow enough that my Indian ringneck could easily retrieve food, and because they said in a ring, I can easily clean them.

Installing the holders is easy and quick. Putting the strong side of the weld on top minimizes stress and the risk of the ring snapping off. The clamps provide excellent stability. The bowls are sturdy and good quality. Washing is easy - do be careful to dry them thoroughly. The lip doesn't connect on the underside and water can get trapped in the fold and potentially lead to rusting. I give the bowls a few hard shakes while I'm towelling them off and air-dry them right side up. These steps work for handwashing or the dishwasher. :) I bought these for a 1.5 pound kitten. I worried they might be too big, but they worked perfectly for her! The medium is great for any kitties that size and up.
