If I could leave zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The seller didn’t even bother to confirm the customization details — they literally printed exactly what I wrote, including a note meant for the seller, and added it to the final product. Common sense should’ve kicked in, but clearly, that was lacking. To make matters worse, the item arrived with a smashed corner, and the print quality is dull and lifeless — absolutely not worth the $50 I paid, especially after paying extra for customization. This is by far the worst customized item I’ve ever received. Save your money and avoid this seller.
