Real Butter powder, Gluten and Hormone.free, 2 lbs

It mixes nicely with cold water. Has a gritty texture until the water saturates. Really didn’t check the ingredients until now. So even though it says real butter, which it is, the other ingredients take up space. Nonfat dry milk and least we not forget salt. Definitely don’t need to add salt. It’s easy to calculate doses. I needed 2 tbsp of butter, so 1/4 cup powered butter, 1 tbsp cold water, will equal = 2 tbsp of butter. The taste reminds me of the real butter in the Philippines. Tastes like butter but not quite there. But, no one should expect it to taste exactly like butter. Anywho, we need it so that one doesn’t have to add an extra ingredient in the end.

This is much better than the previous one I tried, it's not too salty. Decent for a butter substitute.

I love this! It tastes soooooo good after mixing and you can keep it for a long time in the pantry without worrying it will go bad. I also like to add it to things when I cook. Makes everything taste so much better! I highly recommend.

Love the convenience of this product and like its consistency, but way too salty. I have only used it 2X, so I need to test it some more.
