My husband claims that the ingredients in these pads helps with his knee pain. It is so easy to apply and the thickness helps it to stay on your knees or any other area. The patches are large enough to cover an average persons shoulder blade of small of the back. They stick quite well and do the job needed.

These are the best patches in the world. I wish I knew about them a long time ago. They get the job done.

the gel feels nice but the numbing isn't that strong for my discomforts. using on back and any flat area n it's fine but if you were to use it on your arm/elbow any bending of the joint will make it go loose cause the gel doesn't have strong adhesive properties and cutting it up didn't help because less surface area also seem to make it not stay on as well.
