French's Original Crispy Fried Onions, 24 oz (Pack of 6)

In theory, each bag is supposed to contain 4 times the amount of onions as the little 6 oz cans sold in grocery stores, but in reality it's more like 3 cans worth per bag. Also, out of the 6 bags I received, one was obviously not sealed because whenever you picked it up, you would squeeze air out of it, and you could smell the onions, then releasing the bag it would suck air back into it from wherever the leak was hiding. This is a good product when you can catch it at a decent price, but the aforementioned issues force me to give it only 3 stars.

I had read several reviews stating their bags came open on the seam. Looking very closely, what appears to be open is NOT in fact open to the inside of the bag, but only appears open due to the construction of the bag. There is a bit of a gap at the bottom where the corners are clipped together, which I assume is to make the bag stand upright. The inner contents are absolutely not exposed. This is a terrific deal on these fried onions. I have to have them on hand for my husband, who insists on topping his salad with them. Very pleased with my purchase.
