Not advised to Try
after a consistent 1/2 weeks use, find urself sleeping 14/15 hours and not being able to get up worryingly. The hours u are awake you feel awful, struggling with memory (young adult) very lethargic. googled the side effects and this is 800mg a male should only have 400mg daily and femake 380mg, meaning basically if u take these after a long time u are essentially overdosing on magnesium causing muscle weakness, low bp, if ur gonna begin this speak to your doctor first about the dosage. It did make my sleep longer but overall ruined my day by feeling so rough
