Reviews werent kidding how good it tastes! My teeth feel much more clean than traditional toothpaste has like sensodyne, which is what i was using before this jar. I decided to take dental health much more serious entering my 30s because studies shown poor dental health is linked to heart disease and Alzheimers. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death. If something is healthier and it is revealed to you, do your research and buy it. Dont play with your hygiene. I havent felt sensitivity at all in cold drinks or eating hot food. I love the clean ingredients and thats theres no fluoride; a neurotoxin. After i finish a jar, i will go to the dentist and see if my periodontal has improved; they said its possible. I didnt floss much in my 20s. Floss the teeth you wanna keep!

The taste is very Minty leaves my breath refreshed also cleans my teeth pretty well. I need to use it a little longer though to see if it remineralizes my teeth.

Going to start off with saying I grind my teeth, day and night. I use a mouthguard during the night, but the damage is done. Even if I take a breath through my mouth, I get instant pain/sensitivity on my teeth. It got to the point I was just going to look into seeing if they could deaden the nerves to stop it. So I got this, wasn't really hopeful, but now I'm stunned. I've been using it for about half a week now, and I can even draw air through my teeth if i want with no pain. I still have some pain when I drink something cold or have something hot, but it is nothing like it was. Even if it doesn't continue to improve, I would be highly satisfied. Taste isn't the greatest, kind of hard to describe. But the effectiveness outweighs that completely. It cleans very well and is absolutely worth every cent if you suffer from sensitive teeth

No joke, this product works!! Its only been one and my teeth feels normal. my teeth were very sensitive when I drank hot coffee or cold water.. I already feel the relief in a day so im grateful for this power..oh, plus it whiten teeth..I highly recommend.

I like it. I feel like it gets my teeth very clean and helps with sensitivity. Great ingredients. My issues are: the spearmint flavor is so strong it burns my mouth and it starts to clump and get hard making it unpleasant to brush with.
