They worked and are comfortable
im 5'2 135-140lbs 6-8 in jeans, size med. normally and purchased sz med in these. first time/day trying period underwear of any kind but as of now, I would buy these again. Even if i dont ditch the tamps completely having a pair of these to keep stashed in the car/locker/purse etc for an emergency could really come in clutch and is therefore worth the buy material feels like typical hanes cotton fabric. waistband is comfortable and stretchy. they are high waisted, just as pictured, but i personally roll them down to more of my prefered bikini style and even rolled a few times they're still very comfortable on the stomach/hips/waist. the leg holes fit securely enough to not be worried about leaks but stretchy enough to not be tight. i see what ppl are saying about the seam across the butt being rough, however ive been sitting in bed all day and it hasn't bothered me too bad. most importantly they did the job intended while keeping everything feeling clean and dry for about 10 hours on day 2 of my cycle

Literally no cons. These are life-changing
I'm a delivery driver and work long hours driving and moving packages (so a lot of squatting, leaning over, active movements, then sitting). I wear these over my normal underwear with a reusable pad in case of leaks, then when those are used, I go to the period underwear itself. These can last 8-12 hours with my moderately-heavy flow, and they're seriously perfect for moving around. The length of the pad is PERFECT, going high up in the front and in the back without feeling thick like a diaper. And they don't have an odor after washing !!! I'm "lazy" with the washing instructions, too lol. Of course, rinse them after use until the water runs clear, but then I toss them in the washer-dryer and they're all good. Love these so much, and such an incredible quality for the price. Will definitely be getting more !!! If you're looking for something that's comfortable, can withstand being active, and gives you peace of mind, I highly recommend these !!

Good for spotting, light flow days, and as a backup.
I think these are comfortable and good as a backup, or as a light flow or spotting day. I know its for heavy absorbency, however, don't feel comfortable wearing it alone for a heavy flow. I did try it for a medium flow and it did leak a bit in the front. So light flows or sporting is ideal. Or you can wear a pad or tampon and use the underwear as backup. Yes, the seam on the butt is oddly placed, and it will show through tighter, spandex or polyester type clothing.however, the underwear is comfortable and I barely feel the seam after a while.

Worth the buy!
The size was not something I paid attention to after I had bought the product. Although I had to return it, I can still comment on the Hanes Women's Period Briefs. They are leakproof, the colors are varied, the material is soft, and the shape retention is present even after washing. The size is mostly on point; however, after I purchased the Hanes product, I realized I was confused about the product size and had to send it back. The material is a little stretchy, at least that is my opinion. The material is comfortable to wear. I do understand the period briefs are a little pricy, especially as a plus-size woman, but I can say that I have purchased the brand with the correct size three other times, and it's worth the money. Prior to purchasing Hane's, I went the cheaper route, and I bought from a brand that was supposed to be rated very well; however, those period panties leaked through, and that is the last thing any woman wants, especially when she is on her menstrual cycle.

Comfortable, but absorbent area too small
I like these underwear for their comfort. Other period underwear I have tried are tight in the leg openings, these are not. These are true to size and they do absorb a lot. I also don’t have that “wet” feeling, so they are moisture wicking as well which is great. My only issue with them is that the absorbent area doesn’t come up enough in the front. For me, there is still room for leaks on the front of the underwear.

Overall amazed by these
I was genuinely skeptical the first time I heard of period underwear. However, I have PCOS, and my flow is super heavy. I decided to try these out and they are LIFE CHANGING. Gone is the bulky feeling of pads, and you can feel secure wearing these during an 8 hour shift at work. I’ve slept in them with no issues as well. The seams are strong and they absorb every ounce of moisture, keeping you feeling dry. They absorb any odors as well- it’s like you’re not even on your period. They’re simple to clean and reuse- overall a wonderful product. If you’re skeptical, try them. I loved them so much I bought a second pack. I’ll be back for a third.

Happy with my purchase
Really glad I decided to buy these. I have tried other brands that were almost $20 for one single pair so I was extremely happy to find a three pack for this price. They are such good quality and just as good if not better than the more expensive ones I own. Super comfy, doesn’t feel bulky or uncomfortable at all like some period underwear can. They fit true to size and I love that they have a little bit of stretch to them. I’ve worn them on both heavy flow days and light flow days and had no issues. If you’re considering trying out period underwear, these are a great place to start.

Works great
First time trying period underwear. I haven’t had my period for six years and I didn’t want to go through the fuss of trying to find appropriate fitting sanitary napkins that just end up scrunching up. These have so much coverage up the front and back and they fit and look like my regular underwear. They do not hold a smell and wash easily. Although I could feel where the seam line stops in the back for the padding. It was more so an annoying feeling than uncomfortable. Holds a good amount of liquid. Doesn’t leak through the other side. I will buy more

Compré la marca por segunda vez, la primera fue los de flujo ligero que tienen un puente mas ancho para recibir el fluido pero sin tanta capa. Estos prometían mas seguridad y absorción pero el puente es super angosto y causa fugas :/

Great fit and work well.

I’m going to buy this again. I love that the waistband does not dig in and that the legs are soft, but feel secure. It’s thin, cotton material (except for the ‘pad’ part; idk what material that is) so it’s good for night time if you get hot. I am a size 14-16 women’s pants, men’s 36 pants, and my hips are around 46inches around the fullest part. Fit like a dream. Stopped all leaks at night, and I even wear them during the day for comfort. I wear them alone. And I have had no leaks. Generally, I wear an OB super tampon. This is fast absorbing, and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a period product. For laundry, I rinse them with water while I shower. Then I wring them out, and put them in the washing machine with similar colours. I wash them twice most times (2cycles), then I machine dry on high setting.

Women who sneeze or cough after a hysterectomy and have a little pee escape need these. They are comfortable, leak proof and feel better than wearing incontinence pads or diaper.
