I actually don’t work out, which is funny because most people use creatine for the gym. I kept seeing it pop up while reading about supplements, especially more recently about how it may help with focus and mental clarity, so I decided to try it. I have ADHD and used to be on prescription medication, but I stopped and have been trying more natural options instead. I’ve honestly tried a lot of supplements, and most of them didn’t do much for me. So far, creatine (along with saffron) has been one of the few things I’ve noticed a difference with. This one is easy to take, mixes well, and doesn’t upset my stomach. No weird taste or texture which I appreciate. I have been using it consistently and it just feels like a solid addition to my routine and also helps me with energy because I used to drink a lot of coffee but realized it's been drying out my skin too much and creatine doesn't dry it out and it’s actually good for the skin! I'm super happy with the quality and will keep using it. If you’re someone who’s curious about creatine beyond just workouts, this is a good one to try.

I believe this is one of the top creatine products that I've used and I've used a lot over my time lifting. At this point I can say Birdman creatine is really effective and also causes no gastric distress and mixes easily with anything you can think of such as shakes, performance drinks or even plain water. There's no hype built in also so you know you're getting a pure product with no filler or junk behind it!

Easy to take I didn’t the power creatine for years and the taste always made it hard to swallow. With these pills I don’t dread taking my creatine. I just wish it was a little cheaper but still worth it. A good quality, definitely see an increase in muscle and strength.

This is my first time ever taking creatine and I feel I made a great choice picking this product as my first experience. Like other reviews mention, there is no taste at all even mixing with just water. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks now, and I genuinely feel that it helps with muscle recovery. I take a pre workout so not sure how much it helps with drive during exercise, but I do feel like the product is helping improve strength and recovery!

These are made well but were so large I had trouble getting them down and had to give them to my Husband.

Phenomenal product.

Took a bit longer to receive. The taste is better than most other creatines. I’m not sure the value for the amount given. The can only has 1/4 filled with two freshener packets. Why so little for such a big can? Why not a smaller can? Who knows! But, over time I will update how it works for me.

Excelente producto , original y a buen precio

Se disuelve bien en agua , los primeros dos días recenti y tuve que dejarla porque porque tenía una operación de rodilla reciente y me causo dolor por un par de días ,sentía como mis músculos retenial el agua y mi rodilla se me inflamó literal esos músculos despertaron , pero un mes después volví a tomarlo , esperando una respuesta diferente , y si , llevo algunas semanas tomándola y no tengo problemas ,y ahora me ayuda en mis reabilitaciones

Llegó en perfecto estado, sin ningún problema respecto a la paquetería. El producto muy buena calidad y por el precio lo vale.

El producto llegó sellado y en buenas condiciones. Viene con una cuchara medidora incluida. Llevo un mes tomándolo según las instrucciones e incrementando el consumo de agua a 3 o 4 litros diarios. Noto un incremento notable en el rendimiento energético. Le doy 4 estrellas porque desde el día uno me ha caído pesado en el estómago. Al principio pensé que me había enfermado por otra cosa, después supuse que sería la fase de carga y la suspendí. Las últimas semanas he probado tomarlo con agua caliente para asegurar que se disuelva bien (en agua fría no se disuelve), sin embargo sigue cayéndome muy pesada. Esperaré un poco más para verificar si es un período de adaptación, de lo contrario dejaré de tomarlo y probaré otro producto. Es una pena porque siento que tuve mejoría en el rendimiento al ejercitarme pero me preocupa que después tenga mayores consecuencias si sigue cayéndome mal. Si alguien tiene alguna experiencia similar o consejo, les agradezco si lo comparten.
