Looks greats. It’s a very dark navy with grey-ish (not white) pattern. I use it for my meditation and yoga classes. It’s firm just enough, good height and seems to last so far. Works for me (I am a 5’8” size 12 woman) and at this price it’s totally worth it.

Really happy with my purchase I’ve been doing yoga for many years this is my first block/bolster/cushion it’s flattening quite quickly(after 3 practices) but I don’t mind that just might need 2of them.

I am so pleased with this cushion. It's just the right firmness to sit on comfortably to do exercises. I will also be using this as a kneeling pad, for head/neck support and for lumbar support on my desk chair. The print pattern is clear and goes with my home decor. Highly recommend.

Bought for meditation. Is excellent and you can sit on it also on the narrow side. Doesn't squash down but is relatively soft.

Well made yoga cushion. Used it for the first time yesterday and it certainly made a difference when doing seated postures. Previously I had been sitting on a soft pillow which resulted in me developing hip discomfort. I would definitely recommend this product for its many uses in yoga practices when carrying out various poses.

Practical and great for yoga, exactly like the block the yoga video teacher uses. Lightweight and easy to move out of the way or to reach for if needed even when in a yoga position.

Really pretty and works both as a block and a bolster. Perfect as a meditation stool too. What’s not to like!

It's the perfect size and firmness for what I needed. Great for support when sitting in lotus. Green color is nice.

Comprei esta almofada para me sentar na meditação. É rija o suficiente para não descair, mas suave para poder estar sentado por algum tempo sem desconforto. Óptima compra.
