Great product!! Taste good and it really works, I sleep the whole night, and wake up rested, and that is a miracle for me. The first week I was having a lot of dreams in one night 😳but it got better after and now I sleep like a baby!! I can’t wait to try the liquid morning!!

As someone who was diagnosed with anxiety I use this as part of my nightly routine alternative alternative route to medicine. Taking this couple with brain and heart dumping at night helps me to fall asleep faster...Also, helps my muscles after jogs/runs. The taste is pretty good as well.

*UPDATE!* This didn’t work for me for the first four days. I was so sad to lose hope on yet another attempt to find sleep. I couldn’t bring myself to waste the product so I had family members try it and, just to be a good sport, I continued to take it with them. Night seven I had the first night of *actual* sleep that I’ve had in probably a year. Then night eight, nine, ten - actual, non-drug-induced sleep. I can’t explain how refreshing it was to actually sleep without a medication. DON’T GIVE UP if it doesn’t work right away. I nearly did. *ALSO - the seller was awesome to work with and offered a full refund because my previous review said the liquid wasn’t working. They have been very gracious, and even though I didn’t take the refund, they have been great. I hope everyone who tries this finds success. <original review> I wanted this to work so badly. I wanted it to be the magic bullet I needed. It wasn’t. It did not work for me but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. The flavor was just fine, more of a caramel than coconut to me, but not medicinal or bad at all. It seems to have an almost opposite effect on my sleep; instead of sleepy or relaxed, it’s as if it jolted my mind and I spent two very very long nights overthinking just about every aspect of life. So for this insomniac, it did not work in the slightest. I give it two stars for flavor and the hope that it works for others.

After having a bad experience with another product from this brand, I wasn't expecting the nighttime minerals to have such a pleasant taste and be so effective. They really help me relax before bedtime and the taste is really good. Not only that, but I just found out this company really cares about the feedback provided by their costumers. I will purchase these night multi minerals again!

My child has been taking this for about a year to help with staying asleep at night and with headaches during the day. We’ve seen an improvement in both and when we have stopped he wakes more at night and has more headaches during the day. The flavor choices aren’t great- and the children’s nighttime does not have the same vitamin profile. Coconut dream is the most mild (taste more like piña colada) and the one I suggest. Don’t even try the lemonade it was the only one we couldn’t finish.
