This tastes good and has a noticeable effect. I take it in the evening and feel more relaxed and tired when I go to bed. It seems to work better and faster than any other magnesium supplement I've tried. A little expensive but so far, worth it.

Stomach pain after i few uses
My bottle stays always on the refrigerator together with the other ones. Tonight i noticed the color was darker like a light brown. I took it anyways because sometimes i take with my other rho supplements so i was not 100% sure if i was confusing the bottles. Its under expiration and the it supposed to be taken in 45 days which still give me abt 15 days left. My stomack is hurting now and I think it the supplement was not ok. Be careful with the. Ill email Rho and ask for answers and report to FDA.
