I purchased this product in November 2025, and shortly after, while cleaning the thermos, a plastic attachment broke off. Since the product was under warranty, I contacted Amazon, who directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer requested details including photos, my invoice, and my address, which I promptly provided. However, they later informed me that the issue was not covered under warranty. They then directed me to contact one of their sales/marketing representatives, providing his phone number. When I called, the representative claimed he was unaware of the issue, despite the fact that his company had given me his contact. He said he would look into it and get back to me. It has now been over a week, and I have received no follow-up. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I feel caught in a back-and-forth between Amazon and the manufacturer with no resolution in sight. As a long-time user of Cello products, I am deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, after this ordeal, I cannot recommend this product or brand to anyone. Time wasted, money wasted, and a very poor customer experience.

I cancelled this product 2 times before for damaged packaging so I complained on call to Amazon support and got sealed pack with good product.. appreciate support team! Also would suggest to take care for f written comment while we add while returning it.thisvwud have taken carevwhen I returned product 1st timevwith comments..but it's resolved when I ordered 3rd time and complained on call. Product is good though

Product lacks design quality. I am an industrial designer and a value engineer. It is infortunate that the lid cannot be opevned easily after closing full because it slips due to SMOOTH &ROUND SHAPE. This has to be modified. To improve ergonomics of the product. I can suggest modification to this good product but ergonomically a failure. Any product should be easy and convenient to operateand maintain .. warmth is obviously less compared to another 2 litre ss flask I have. Aesthestics is fine. But egonomics has tobe taken care of to make product funtional. Here only aesthestics is done well. No product will have respect with less functional fulfillment. I did not expect this failure in such a brand product. Easy to clean ofcourse becaue of wider mouth and smooth surfaces. However this quality is not expected from cello a good brand name.

Flask is good and keeps temperature for 8-12 hours. Design has to be improved.The non return press arrangement stopped working after a week of use.So the seal has broken and temperature may drop because of this.Other wise it is a good product.

I am already using the same product brand model for 3-4 years and I needed another one of the same model. Good & Recommended product. No Flaws and works well. Retains Hot water for a more than 12=15 hours(I don't know the retaining capacity of cold drinks, as I have not tested) Value for Money
