I had purchased another manuka honey that had only 50 mgo and a tsp in my coffee kept my allergy symptoms at bay. So I got this bottle thinking 'more MGO the better results.' Actually or oddly I didn't get better results. But it did help some of my nasal congestion but nothing better that my other brand experience. What is different and something that I didn't think about, was the taste. This one has an earthy caramel flavor - I got used to it but not sure if I would choose it again. It isn't off-putting but in a cup of coffee, it is a little noticeable until one gets used to it. Honestly don't know if the higher MGO honeys have the same flavor character
