Worst AC Blue Star Ever - Would have rated -ve but option not available.
The media could not be loaded. I have bought this AC in June 2024, have been using the same it from past 5 Months. Their have been multiple service visits due to malfunction of the AC. The AC doesn't work as an AC but as a refrigerator. After usage for few hours it starts forming ICE on the fins of Indoor Unit and after sometime it starts leaking. Also it makes weird sounds which is irritating and disturbing the nights sleep.Multiple service engineers have visited but the problem still persists, they have changed the sensors couple of times, yet the problem persists. this problem started within 1 week of usage and still continuing for 5 months.This has been our worst purchase and we are now helpless with nowhere to go as the Blue star team is also clueless with the ongoing issue.I have specifically addressed the issue to their Zonal team on their Email ID but they have turned a blind eye to the same. Multiple tickets have been opened and closed with out a permanent solution.

Cheap quality product with issues creeping up within a year
Product is a joke. Dint even work for a year properly and all issues have started coming. There is no support they close tickets just without any conformation. Water is leaking from ac and making sounds in night. Cooling also has gone down considerably. I had purchased a panasonic ac with this for other room. That works like a charm without any issues till now. Please dont go for this cheap product and cheap brand.

No cooling
I like blue star Ac, I am proud of it. But your service provider is not good at Receiving and Responsible . They had given to third-party for installation. AC at 16degrees is not producing cooling. I'm disappointed with your service provider. Please exchange. But even though, I want to purchase 2.5 ton blue star AC .

Worst product and Zero Rating Service
Worst experience, blue star service means Zero rating.Kisi bhi product ko uski service hi accha ka kharaab banaati haiBluestar ke customer care per call karoge to wo apko ye realise krayenge ke jaise hamne bahut badi galti karti blue star lekr, koi proper response nahi, only cleaning service per ye haal hai. Kisi bhi kaam ke liye call karo, koi response nahi, bss follow up krte raho, atlast apko ki local service wale ka number de denge, unke haath per jhod kar bulao aur wo aakar free service ke bhi charges lekr jaate hainI have Daikin AC which is working best till now and no one can beat Daikin in terms of product quality and service partHighly recommend - DO NOT BUY BLUE STARTBIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE TO PURCHASE BLUESTAR

Great performance but poor installation experience
I got 3 ACs installed. Working great, quiet & powerful. Features all work as they claim! The BlueStar team did a good quality installation but gave a very poor experience.Remember, this is the first time I am installing ACs and don’t have any idea of what it takes!1. They came without a ladder and asked me; I didn’t have it either. Luckily, we were able to source one from the nearby block. We spent the first 30 min doing this. I assume that a ladder is a must while installing an AC and they should carry it or least inform in advance that they need one so that it can be arranged2. They didn’t carry POP to close the pipe hole. I realised that this is done by them when speaking to a friend who also got an AC fixed had all this done3. They didn’t carry 15A 3 pin plugs! This is a must when they know that the installation kit does not come with a plug.4. Lastly, they leave the place in a mess. It took me 3 more hours to clear and clean the mess after they left!While the ACs are working great, I can’t say that my (first) experience was great!
