Then fill the shaker with liquid up to a few centimeters below the edge, insert the sieve and shake vigorously. Review: Great little mixing bottle - I wanted a quick way to mix some diet food replacement shakes and this fits the bill perfectly, it has fluid measurements on one side to make mixing easier (in ml) and the design means with the special insert the drinks mix to a nice smooth consistency with no powder left. One thing which would vastly improve it is if they could make the measurement marks black to make them easier to read, but this is no different from most other bottles / beakers and to be honest I have marked my usual fluid level with a sharpie pen which does the trick, so definitely not a deal breaker but it would make it even better if they did change the colour of the markings.
