Great Quality Shilajit Resin with a Thoughtful Extra
After using it myself, I found the Real Men Himalayan Shilajit Resin to be very good quality. The texture is thick and rich, just as I expected from genuine shilajit. Based on my experience, it mixed easily with warm water and gave a steady boost to my daily energy and focus. I also really appreciate the free high-strength ashwagandha included with the pack—it’s a thoughtful addition and shows good care from the seller. It’s rare to find a product that feels this genuine and well-presented. Overall, I’m very happy with it and thankful for the extra support the ashwagandha provides.

Good for men and women.
It loses stars because although the product is very good for you, it is beneficial to both men and women, not just for men, and it did not come with the claimed 'Free High Strength Ashwagandha 2900mg with Every Pack." It is also expensive, although a small jar does go a long way. If you've never taken this before it is an acquired taste, it has the look and texture of Marmite but tastes likes like shilajit. More akin to rotted vegetation mixed in with some dirt.

This is a great potent Shilajit. I have breaks from taking it from time to time and when I have come back to this one I have found it has gotten to work straight away. Many ways you can take this, I like a little dab in my cuppa in the morning personally. Shilajit it is important to have the lab sign off as some out there have been found to contain traces of heavy metals etc, so all good here.
