I've been dealing with KP on my arms and legs for 3 years. I've tried most lotions, serums, and scrubs out there. The scrubs always made my skin smoother but it did nothing for the redness. My skin was so bad that people would stop me in the street to ask if I knew that I got sunburn. I even splurged on a laser treatment for redness (did not do much). After using this, I still have KP, but it is so much better. The redness is gone. I still depend on my Necessaire scrub when I want it smoother, and I will still try a stronger retinoid (derm's suggestion), but with this lotion my skin looks the best it has in 3 years.

i wish I could rate this higher but it's not working for me. as a moisturizer it pills really easily, and it also has a faint chemical smell, almost like crayons? there are better options out there for $50 that's for sure

I have been struggling with this for years and never found something that worked. I was a little nervous because of the price point but it’s so worth it!! It’s safe to use daily but I’ve been using it maybe one time were week and noticed almost 100% of a difference.

Been using for a while now but not really seeing an improvement. Not sure how long it takes but with other products I’ve used, Ive seen quicker results. Going to keep using to see if anything changes.

I have KP on my upper arms and have tried a few different soaps, scrubs, and lotions over the years with varying results. I figured I'd give this Skinfix a try because it had some different ingredients than things I've tried in the past. Usually when I shower I exfoliate my upper arms then put lotion on as soon as I'm out of the shower. I do this about every-other-day, and this is how I've been using the Skinfix. I personally haven't needed any time for my skin to adjust to it, and it doesn't burn or irritate my skin at all, even when I put it on so soon after exfoliating. Maybe I'm just lucky or don't have very sensitive skin. It feels pretty moisturizing, though it seems to take a lot of product to cover and moisturize my whole upper arm, at least compared to other lotions I've tried. I'm only using it every-other-day and I've definitely seen a slight reduction in my KP, so if I used it every day or 2x per day as recommended I'd think it'd be even more effective. When I ordered this I didn't realize that the ingredients will make your skin extra sensitive to sun. The directions advise you to wear sunscreen for a week after using it, so pay attention to that! It's a slight inconvenience but I usually wear sunscreen anyways, just make sure you read the directions. My only complaint is that I really don't like the smell. It smells very medicated (which I guess makes sense), and I guess I'm just used to unscented or lightly scented lotions. I only smell it during application, however, and I haven't noticed any lingering smell long after it's sunk into my skin, so it's not a big deal.

After trying three other options, I finally found this cream. It’s the only thing that works for a skin issue related to aging and bad water quality. It really does what it says. Excellent.
