I'm always on the lookout for new supplements and practices to up my health game and after recently reading Tom Brady's book about his TB12 method, two of my major takeaways were putting electrolytes in my water ALWAYS and buying a vibrating foam roller to practice "pliability training" on myself. Both of these integrations into my already healthy lifestyle have definitely made improvements to how I feel and perform on a daily basis! If anyone is in a position to give advice into how to keep ones body in tip top shape and performing at a high level well into middle age, it's Tom Brady. I already supplement with several of these minerals individually in capsule or powder form, so I don't use this to get my RDA of magnesium for example, but it definitely helps me feel good to drink water fortified with these trace minerals all day long, through my intense weight training workouts or my twice weekly 5 mile hikes in the mountains or just working at the computer. Beyond merely staying hydrated, I feel "replenished" and energized. I have a Gym Keg bottle that is 2.2L. Every morning I fill it up, as 1 tsp of this stuff to the bottle, add some of my favorite Strawberry Watermelon Stur water enhancer for taste and drink it all day long until it's gone. I never feel like I hit an afternoon slump (in part because of the way I eat, sleep and supplement, but also because of my super water)! If you're looking to super charge your water to give yourself an edge on life or a leg up on the competition, skip the sugary bottled crap and make your own "Gatorade" with this stuff! I've been using this for a few months now and have it in my subscribe & save monthly delivery. One bottle lasts me about a month at the rate of between 1-2 tsp per day. With the additional flavor, I can't taste these drops at all. If anything, they give a slightly salty taste to the water, but it's very mild when diluted like that. At this point I don't even notice it. Water tastes funny to me without it now! I sincerely hope this review helps someone else! And yes, I paid full price for this. Feel free to ask any questions!

These are the best trace minerals I have ever used. You can use as little or as much as you want. They are only salty if you use too much. I don’t get cramps when used these.

I have been using Endure drops for a few years now as an electrolyte supplement. I normally would give this 5 stars; however, it now comes in a different bottle and the dropper dispenses the contents so quickly that I'm not sure if I'm giving myself the recommended 12-13 drops.

I put trace mineral drops in my water to use as an electrolyte. It does not taste bad and it works for what I am using it for.

Have used quite a few and had side effect of swelling in the ankles and didn't balance my sodium. I am challenged with very low sodium, and struggle to keep it balanced so I don't have other symptoms. I first tried a small bottle. It seemed to work so I ordered a larger bottle. I'm happy to report it seems to be working. I received my order perfectly on time - very quickly!! I will definitely be ordering again!!! Thank you!!

Great minerals that include sodium which is needed for dehydration

I sometimes get a bad cramp on one of my legs or feet at night. My sister recommended I try this, as it helped that problem for her. I seem to have fewer cramping incidents, and this is the only change I've made related to correction the problem. I compared the taste of my spring water before and after adding Endure. It does affect the taste, but not enough to complain. I only gave it three because the jury is still out as to whether or not this is effective for me. Others here have had great results, but for conditions other than mine. It's at least worth a try if you have any of the conditions people have listed here.

Some say oily , but i can't put my finger on it. It's not unpleasant. In fact I can guzzle it, but I can see why some one wouldn't. I Like it.

This product didn,t do anything for me. All it has is the salty taste. I threw out the bottle.

Works fine because I have a tendancy of dehydrating a lot and my fever goes down between 35.5 and 36 when I should be at least 36.4. So I get sweats, headache and feel like I want to vomit. The tast is not so good but I tasted bad things before :)

Great trace minerals. I filter all my water so nice to add some minerals back. No salty taste
