There was a hole in the packaging and there was only one of the five stainless steel screws needed to mount the threshold

sorry I made a Mistake about this Item ,,, it really works like a Dam to stop water ... i but they need to liable each Part to prevent Confusion about parts Missing... still im sorry because i did get all the Items and didnt know it ....Opps

Does the Job
This has proven to be a very good buy! It keeps the water from leaking out like a small dam. It also allows a wheelchair to roll over and not crush the rubber molding and maintains its shape. I definitely recommend this for handicapped access.

You have to cut holes in the neoprene to secure
high quality but in order to screw it down the neoprene has to have holes cut in it as there isnt a way to install it after the fact when this is installed in a door way.
