I had heard a lot about mushrooms but not really tried them before. I saw an advert from another brand that showed the health benefits and the drink they made looked really cool. It was pretty expensive though and I couldn't bring myself to buy it. then I found this one that had a few less ingredients but all the one's that I thought I needed. You just need a flat teaspoon full one to three times daily. I have found i only need it in my coffeed in the morning and it definitely perks me up and makes more focussed on tasks where I would normally get tired by lunch time. So, really impressed and at this price was definitely worth the money too. Oh and it tastes good and mixes well in coffee too which is perfect.

This is exactly what I expected from a mushroom blend, seems like it does the job after 2 weeks of constant use but it's not that noticeable at first. Mixes quite well and has it's own unique taste that can be masked quite easily in shakes and coffees. If it was more expensive I'd wouldn't give it as high of a score but it's good value for money.

Haven't been taking this long enough to feel the full benefits yet but it tastes okay on its own even without mixing it up with other ingredients. I sometimes mix it with smoothies or add it to overnight oats. Good value with a comprehensive mix of different mushroom powders.

Not sure if you can see how much is in the bag but I find it really stingy for the price! Apart from that does what it says on the tin, great focus and energy, tastes better than other brands on amazon. This one actually dissolves in hot water. Other ones were really bitty and gave me stomach aches. Just not happy with amount in the large bag!

I was really worried that this wouldn't be nice at all, but I was very pleasantly surprised. You wouldn't think it was made from mushrooms at all. When you open the pack it smells like a coconutty hot chocolate powder. It looks like chocolate powder too. It isn't as sweet as hot chocolate and the taste is not as strong as the smell which is a bit of a shame. I add it to hot chocolate instead of my usual morning coffee and it adds a hint of coconut to the flavour which is lovely. I'm not getting any caffeine cravings through the day or that early afternoon crash which is brilliant. I seem more focused and my energy levels are much better and steadier throughout the day. I haven't tried any of the more expensive brands of mushroom powder but in all honesty I don't feel the need to after trying this, plus it has a greater variety of mushrooms in the blend. I love it and wouldn't be without it now. Even better I don't have to wait the 5 minutes for my coffee to brew in the morning!

I’ve been putting this in my protein shakes and is a great way for me to get functional mushrooms into my diet.
