Microbial Meito Rennet Cheese Enzyme Homemade Cheese making 3 x 1 gr. (for 78 gallons/300L of milk)

I’m not sure my gift is cheesemaking exactly. These little packets are made for big big batches of cheese me thinks. I had to calculate a minuscule amount for my little pot of mozzarella. Seemed to work fine. Cheese came out yummy. Used it for homemade pizza. Everyone seemed 😆.

This product is garbage! I tried to make cheese with it using the amount they mentioned for one gallon and it did not work. I doubled the amount and repeated the process and again it did not work. Then, I changed the temperature from 35 to 39 and still wasn't activated. Then, I quadrupled the amount of rennet and still nothing. I even increase the time to almost 5 hours, still nothing at all.If you are new to cheese make at home, then do not waste your money and time! Buy something that has more rating on Amazon. It's few dollars more but it's trustful not like this seller! Also, Amazon, shame on you for keeping this seller!Update:After doing research on the milk is sold in stores, I found out that the issue might not be from the rennet. The milk sold at stores is ultra pasteurized and will not work with the rennet. You need to use regular pasteurized milk (should not say ultra) and mix it with heavy wipe cream (half galon milk with 2 cups of heavy cream). I did not tested using this rennet but I tried different rennet and it worked. I intend to test it on this rennet and see if it will work.

Inaccurate web description. Description shows a box and 3 packets in front of box. Thought I was buying a full box and not just 3 packets. Also, did not locate anything in description details stating otherwise. Expensive for just 3 packets..
