Arrived and installed today. Love the screw magnet board to help keep track. Touch and resolution are good so far. We’ll see how it lasts.UPDATE:While the install was easy and the screen colors are accurate, like another reviewer menioned, the force touch is pretty bad. Mine is very sensitive. When I’m just scrolling through something it will inadvertently click a link even though I didn’t press down. And sometimes I have to press something several times for it to recognize. You definitely get what you pay for. At least my screen isn’t cracked anymore. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Techtip: Use some superglue *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 2, 2018* I really liked this product. I used it to repair to like new condition my daughter’s severely damaged iPhone 7. I am going to be saying a few negative sounding things in this review, but the bottom line is that this product worked, was inexpensive compared to repair services, and deserves the five-star review I have given it. There may be other similar products that work as well or better, but I had just one iPhone to fix and I have no desire to do a comprehensive market analysis of all aftermarket iPhone repair kits.When you do the repair give yourself enough time to do the repair in one sitting. There are dozens of tiny screws which are not interchangeable, and you do not want to mix them up or –shudder- lose one. Seriously, some of these screws are the size of a grain of sand. I also recommend the use of some sort of magnifying eyewear like +3 reading glasses.The tools in the kit are slightly better than what one would expect for single use tools. I will not be saving them for future projects, but they held up admirably well for the replacement. That being noted there was one place the tools fell short.Removing the old screen is a pain. The kit has a little guitar-pick-like pry tool and a suction cup. These might work for you, but looked a little insufficient to me. Remember that the iPhone 7 is waterproof, and part of that waterproofness (is that a word?) comes from the seal between the screen and the body. I superglued a tab onto the old screen to grab onto to pull it off. My old screen was broken (the reason I got this kit in the first place), and it did not matter if it came off with a big plastic tab (I used something from the recycle bin) superglued to the face of the screen.I should also point out that without replacing the gasket the iPhone may be much less waterproof. I did not replace the gasket, and I am not sure how one would go about doing that. ### ⭐⭐ Returning this product due to low resolution. *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 17, 2018* Installed this screen on an iPhone 7. After install when it booted up the screen resolution was terrible. It looked like an old 3GS again. No where near what it should be.I will be returning it. The instructions were well done but it needs a few tweaks. I work on aircraft avionics so I am used to small parts.
