I thought these were tablets that dissolved in the mouth. They have to be mixed with water. Made up 100ml as instructed then put it in a bottle, use as a normal mouthwash.100ml lasts 4 days.

Good for mouth guards
I am glad I purchased these mouthwash tablets as they make a perfect bath for my mouth guard to sit in during the day. Then when I use it at night it is clean and fresh.
