Love this stuff. It isn’t perfect, but can make hot flashes less impactful. For example, you don’t have full on sweat everywhere, but maybe your lower extremities get clammy. I wish there were more information on how to take, but I take them 5-6 tiny tablets 3 times a day and more if I have a hot flash. Don’t run out though!! Buy multiple!! If you run out, those hot flashes come back with a vengeance.

I keep this in my subscribe and save. The bottles rotate nicely and the product is high quality. My homeopathy practitioner recommends Boiron for its quality product. I like this for hot flashes.

I have no idea how but it works. I started to get a hot flashes 4 to 5 times a day and a couple of times during the night. I started taking this. It’s been a week and I just realized today that I haven’t had a hot flash. I’m happy.
