So I put the nail polish in the trash bin and just used the treatment for 6 weeks and the nails are perfectly fine again. So definitely a good recommondation and I will definitely buy it again, if I should need it. Or ca I leave the colour on while on holiday and just add the clear on t** A: You have to use the treatment on clear nails then add varnish, but take it off to treat the nail then re varnish,I went on holiday left the nail varnish on then treated the nails again when I got back home,one word of advice buy 2 nail varnishes and put right and left on each on each bottle , if you use the same brush for healthy nails you will infect them also use a separate towel to dry the infected nails and separate nail clippers,I do this as the nails on my left foot are not infected.I started the treatment months ago and the difference is amazing the fungus is now growing out,it takes time so keep the treatment up it does work wish I had done it ages ago.hope this helps. **Q: Can this be used on finger nails as well as/instead of toe nails?** A: I used mine for my finger nails **Q: Does this work on fingernails** A: I really don’t see why not. But this time without the nail polish. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Persevere *by K***Z on 16 April 2025* This takes a very, very long time but it does eventually work if you are patient. I'll admit I'd put a previous review stating it didn't work as I couldn't see any improvement. I've been using it for 14 months and I'm not quite there but it is a lot better. The nail is no longer yellow and coming away from the toe. It's looking a lot healthier. Initially, because it was coming away from the toe I was able to cut the nail quite short. I'd apply the liquid to the underneath as well as the top of the nail. I did this twice a day for a year. I'm now done to once a day. The breathable nail varnish is good for the summer and I'd continue to apply the treatment to underneath part of the nail.
