How well would this benefit a mail carrier with a walking route? Can I get i & out of my vehicle w/o removing the product?

Can I drive a car with this on?

It can remain open or you can press side buttons and the canopy collapses down your back like a hood. So you can try both ways in a car.

Is it suitable for trail running?

There is too many blind spots for running. It’s ideal for walking.
