Although it took longer time to reach but worked well after few set up and selecting the proper time zone.

This device worked successfully to do the Jeevan Pramaan Digital life certificate for pension for my parents from the USA today. The shipping said 7 to 10 days, but with expedited option here at Amazon, the product arrived within 3 days or so. Based on online videos, I then installed the RD driver and RD Service from the manufacturer website, changed my time zone to India on my windows 11 desktop and validated that the device was successfully installed. I also used Nord VPN to connect to India (not sure if the VPN was needed or not). Had to try twice for the device to be registered successfully (which was fully automated and did not need a separate application/registration process. Then installed the Jeevan Pramaan App, installed a digital certificate (again based on an online videos) and things worked fine. Note that we had the Aaadhar registered mobile with us to receive OTP. I had tried with an older Secugen HU20 device (from 2 years ago) and that was not working this year. Also had tried with the mobile option (both with the Jeevan Pramaan and Umang App) but the Aadhaar Face RD app (that either of these app depend on for face scan) would not work from the US, in spite of time zone and VPN.

Not working

Excellent product, and meets the official L1 requirements for Aadhaar. The device does not need subscription like Secugen. Drivers and Rd service available at the manufacturer website and very easy to setup. So almost plug-n-play. Delay in delivery is expected being delivered from India (almost 3 weeks).

I had been using the MFS100 device for the past five years to submit my mother’s Jeevan Pramaan life certificate from the US, no issues till last year. This year, I noticed that the MFS110 is now required through the UMANG app or the Jeevan Pramaan website. I was initially hesitant to buy, with no other option, I ordered it, but everything worked out smoothly. I used the included USB-to-USB-C adapter and was able to complete the submission through my phone (with an India number) after adjusting the time zone and using a VPN. The device was delivered in 3–4 days, and the entire process took only a few minutes.
