Really nice little speaker quite punchy sounds

I bought a Marshall Willen a few years ago to replace my small Bluetooth speaker that wasn’t the greatest sounding and bounced around when in use. I love the Willen and wanted another one for a different room but saw this one with a great price so thought I’d give it a try. Again, not disappointed. Looks good, weighty so doesn’t move, and sounds great. So far really happy.

Nice, balanced sound - love this speaker: The sound is great, not boosted and stays well balanced even at higher volumes. I can't hear any distortion but also, I'm not an audiophile. I just love music gadgets so have or have tried different speakers and earphones through the years. This is definitely going to be one of my fave, plus, it looks f good, especially in this colour! Very happy with purchase at this price! I'll keep it and enjoy it for many years hopefully

This is a beast of a speaker for its size! Small but punchy with clear sound. It has only a few buttons on top, the Bluetooth and knob in the middle that controls volume, next track, on / off etc. The battery indicator is very handy and with ~30 hours of playtime you’ll forget to charge it :) The ‘stereophonic’ feature does work, as it allows sound to be distributed in the room with clarity; you can basically hear good sound from all around the speaker. Very handy for parties and such, you put it on the table and it fills the room. Connectivity is great and stable. I connected with iPhone and also a turn table, no issues whatsoever. And you don’t need a wifi for it to work, it’s ready out of the box! If you download the Marshall app, it allows for three equalizer options, I prefer the default Marshall sound to be honest. Overall great little portable speaker, district only in size! I think Marshall is now (Aug 2024) releasing a newer version of the Emberton, but honestly if you are on a slight budget, this is an amazing option. You won’t regret getting this.

I have eight of these, need I say any more? They benefit from using stack mode I usually run them in a stack of three or four. Don't drive them too hard, that why I prefer to stack them as sound is better at around 75% of max. It's easy to stack them.

Better than my Bose soundlink portable. Used the sound EQ from my phone to my preference. Unbelievable sound from such a small speaker.

Es una compra realmente buena. Sorprendente la calidad del sonido para su tamaño. Construcción muy sólida y estéticamente una pasada. Funciona MUY bien y se enlaza con la TV, con el portátil, el móvil, hasta con la PS5. Pero su uso está muy claro: Música a muy buen volumen para una habitación, como cine en casa básico. NO es suficiente para una sala grande, ni para una fiesta o reunión con mucha gente. Por eso tiene la característica de enlazarse varios Marshall juntos. Porque es necesario. Su batería dura lo anunciado. Se agradece. Para uso personal es simplemente perfecto. Nota: El precio fue muy interesante porque ha salido el Emberton III, con micro para atender llamadas con él. Eso no me importa porque no hago eso. Así que mejor para mi.

To be honest, the quality of this speaker is expected from Marshall. For something so small, really, REALLY packs a punch. Really good build quality, feels like a shrunken version of their amp/speaker cab that they’ve been known for. Sound quality is great, really clear with warm, deep bass. Lovely little detail of a little electric guitar riff as it’s ’powering on/bluetooth connection’ jingle. Best Bluetooth speaker at this price point I’ve ever heard. Great value for money.

Bel objet pour qui aime le style Marshall. Sonorité un peu trop « colorée » mais pour un petit baffle on ne peut pas s’attendre à de la haute fidélité! Pour un usage en déplacement ou en vacances il tire son épingle du jeu en produisant un son assez puissant et il arrive même à mettre une ambiance sonore suffisante en extérieur. Aucun regret pour l’achat de ce compagnon de tous mes déplacements.
